After far too many months of talking about it, I've finally gone out and bought a DVR!
It's exactly what i need. Cheap and with no extra features. EXCEPT, that wonderful little firewire socket so i can import video direct from my digital video camera onto a dvd! No iMovie importing or editing needed.. AND.. it does play Divx/Xvid! :)
So what does this mean? It means I'm going to start recording races and uploading them here for you to watch in real time! Sound cool? Thats cause it is!

prolly wont be :) tonite is rainbow six terrorist hunt.. plus i need to test the machine thoroughly and see what kind of files it makes and if i can work with them..
