I cannot wait! Bring on THIS future...
I absolutely cannot wait for this day to come. Instead of bowing to our corporate masters logos, we'll be bowing to our corporate masters robots. Brilliant.
Enslave today!

This is where the T1000
from Terminator 2 came from
What do you get when you suspend nanoparticles of iron compounds in a colloidal solution of water, oil and a surfactant? Did you guess Zima? The real answer is ferrofluids, though you should be proud if you just knew what "surfactant" was.
A ferrofluid is a liquid that reacts to magnetic fields in trippy ways that make you think that science is both magical and potentially evil. They have multiple real world applications, many which are pretty badass, and none of which you will care about after seeing this:
What happens is that when a magnetic field is applied to the fluid, the particles of iron compound inside align to it. Once that happens, the fluid becomes a fluid-solid. That's right, ferrofluids are first generation T-1000s, only metallic black and thus 10 times as badass.
What the Hell is it Used For?
Ferrofluids have a lot of pretty mundane uses, from lubricating and protecting hard drives to providing heat conduction in speakers, but their primary use is in looking cool.
The ability to become solid or liquid with the application of a magnetic field also makes them perfect for computer assisted shock absorbers in Ferraris; NASA uses them for high-tech flight altitude assistance, and like a gyroscope in spacecraft. The Air Force uses their magnetic field absorbing properties to make aircraft invisible to radar and we like to think someday they'll be able to make super hot, futuristic robot dominatrices that we can store in a cup in the pantry when not in use.
AWESOME!

Fantastic Star Wars/Magnum P.I. Mashup
These are scenes from Star Wars set to the Magnum P.I. opening theme with amazingly accurate scenes to match those from the television show. Which leads us to an important question: who would make a better lover, Han with his laser blaster or Magnum with his mustache?
Below is without the comparison

OK!!!! YES I KNOW...
Forza Motorsport 3 is coming out
Due to an unrelenting bombardment of messages, I've decided to post this HOT NEWS!
FORZA MOTORSPORT 3 IS COMING OUT IN OCTOBER.
THERE! I fucking said it.
From the official Site..
Forza Motorsport 3 will include over 400 cars from 50 manufacturers and over 100 tracks. [1] New additions to the game include an in-car driving view, one button assisted driving, and vehicle rollover. Also included will be the ability to create in game videos and upload them to the Forza Motorsport website.
A new single-player season mode will put you through a completely personalized racing calendar that includes more than 200 different events, including Circuit, Oval, Drag, Drift and Timed Events. No two calendars will be the same.
In addition, the online multiplayer mode gains an all-new game rules editor. New Xbox LIVE scoreboards will display not only the greatest racers but also the most prolific car tuners and painters in the community.
At the E3 2009 Microsoft Press Conference, Turn 10 mentioned a rewind feature, but did not say exactly what it did. It was later revealed on G4's day 1 E3 2009 coverage that the rewind feature will allow players to turn back time to fix previous mistakes made on the track. The rewind feature has no limit on how many times it can be done or time between rewinds.[2]
During another interview at E3 2009, game director Dan Greenawalt revealed that besides improvements to the A.I. and physics, the new graphics engine features ten times more polygons in each car model and a texture resolution that is four times higher than before.
Ninja. Definately Ninja.
I spent some time on the weekend brushing up on my ninja skills.
I think you'll all agree on two things:
1) I'm seriously fucking handsome
B) I need more brushing up.
